Important Reminders for Radiance Oak Guests

Please make sure to share this information with your guests and staff at the start of the event:

• Event Lead must check in with the Radiance Oak Host Rep at the start of Set
  Up and at the end of Strike.

  During Set Up:

• Do not hang anything from sprinkler pipes. 

• Do not make any new holes in the walls or ceiling.

• Check with the Host Rep about alternatives.

  During your event

• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside Radiance Oak or directly in front of the building. Smokers can use the area down the block at the corner of 4th and Alice.

• The Back Lot is off limits unless you have made specific arrangement with us ahead of time.

• The Back Door is an emergency exit only. It must remain closed and locked at all times. 

• During the event, the Front Door must remain locked unless a continuous door monitor is present.
